Your guests already ask what to do, who can drive them, where to eat, where to stay next, and whether Kenya can extend to safari or the coast. House of Access helps turn those requests into structured paid guest experiences while the hotel keeps the guest relationship.
We are not asking for guest lists. We are not replacing the hotel concierge. We support external fulfilment, planning, sourcing, and supplier coordination behind the scenes.

A short discovery call can clarify the request, timeline, budget, and privacy level. Detailed sourcing, supplier contact, itinerary building, and option comparison begin only after the agreed planning fee is confirmed.
Before paid work moves deeply, House of Access defines the request type, dates, guest profile, location, number of people, budget range, privacy level, coordination model, and expected deliverables.
Supplier bookings are not confirmed until the required client deposit has cleared and the supplier gives written confirmation. Availability and pricing can change before confirmation.
Planning, coordination, execution, urgency, and retainer fees are generally non-refundable once the related work begins. Supplier refunds depend on the supplier's own cancellation policy.
Client names, guest details, company affiliations, hotel information, movement plans, voice notes, and request details are used only for service delivery and are shared with suppliers only when needed.
House of Access does not collect raw card details by WhatsApp, email, form, or phone. Card payments must move through secure payment links or approved payment gateways.
House of Access plans, sources, compares, and coordinates. Third-party suppliers such as hotels, drivers, lodges, restaurants, photographers, and operators are responsible for the services they directly deliver.
For safari, tours, and licensed travel activities, House of Access works with properly licensed operators where required. The desk does not present itself as an unlicensed tour operator.
For summit delegates, speakers, sponsors, investors, embassy guests, and corporate teams, side meetings, movement, dinner plans, guest names, and daily schedules are handled discreetly by default.
Clients should provide accurate information, approve options within agreed timelines, communicate changes promptly, treat staff and suppliers respectfully, and avoid bypassing the agreed supplier process.
No client experience is photographed, filmed, posted, or used in marketing without consent. VIP handling and no-photo requests are respected when stated in the brief.
Complaints should be raised in writing as soon as possible after the service date. House of Access reviews the issue, engages relevant suppliers, and aims for a practical resolution.
